In-depth interviews of key individuals is one of the best ways to gain a complete understanding of your customer’s point of view, needs and expectations. It is particularly useful during product design or refinement. In-depth interviews are also an excellent method to understand the motivation of senior executives for business-to-business marketing.

We do everything we can for the comfort of our interviewees. Our interviews last from one to two hours at a place and time convenient for the interviewee. We have conducted in-depth interviews with people in many countries across multiple time zones in English and Spanish. We’ll travel to their site, if feasible, or conduct interviews by phone anytime, day or night.
